With over 1000 wholesale accounts in the US and 70 field employees across 15 states, I created a ground up visual merchandising plan for Rove. This entailed researching customer/employee behaviors & needs, creating visual standards for all product offerings, development of a visual roll out system & auditing SOP, and in-person trainings for executive team and new employees. Once VM standards were established, I dove into broader initiatives in relation to customer journey and customer delight.
